SkinnyTwin Theatre

So you have seen a Skinny Twin production...

In class, inspiring a community was mentioned as one way within the development and process stages of a project to keep participation and enthusiasm up in a CCD project. I argued that a practitioner seeking to inspire a community might fall short in many cases hence instead of spending time thinking of how to inspire with the potential of failing , it might be worth brainstorming why a community would participate in a project in the first place, are they

1. bored, nothing to do?
2. unfulfilled and will lurch onto anything?
3. feel they can achieve something?
4. have copious amounts of time at hand
5.The projected is well marketed and publicised
6.people are concerned about and with the project
7. vested interest and resources?

If people or a community are engaged in discussions around a project and they contribute to an emerging idea that springs into a project, this ownership created by this process might determine the level of commitment to the project. The practitioner then has no use for inspiration time , but more towards encouraging and mantaining enthusiasm. If the idea / project harnesses their interests and concerns, the community will most likely be enthusiastic and committed
